Issue: Customers across Europe-Frankfurt region faced CRM accessibility issues, which rendered Vtiger CRM unusable between Thursday, 6 December 2018 00:57:10 UTC and 06:27:00 UTC
Cause: While performing a scheduled task during non-peak hours that needed changes in the Europe-Frankfurt region service firewall, Due to human error one of the firewall rule was deleted from the system, which was responsible for HTTPS traffic flow on 443 port.
Resolution: As soon as it was known in the investigation that issue occurred because of the firewall restriction, the configuration was changed immediately to allow normal traffic to flow across servers and login is working again as expected.
