Key Areas

• Report not showing any values after deleting the custom module reference field.
• Default taxes if renamed do not reflect on Reports.
• Replying the emails which are attached from outlook is not picking up the correct email address.
• Leads created from mailroom is assigning records to account owner instead of groups.
• Hebrew language characters are not arranged correctly in chart reports.
• Sending emails to contacts from tag is selecting all the contacts

Resolved - The service issue has been resolved successfully, customers can now access Global search normally.

Key Areas

• Dynamic fields and blocks can be defined on a module to control visibility based on business rules.
• Tasks are set as private by default but Admin now can now control the visibility via Sharing rules.
• Comments added to a record in CRM can be marked as Internal / External. Only external comments are published on customer portal.
• Group by Week option available for date time fields in Chart reports.
• Summary view enabled for Project Tasks module.
