Vtiger Server Maintenance - Singapore region

Maintenance Completed at July 24,09:00 GMT - The scheduled maintenance of Vtiger CRM was completed as planned and all services are back online and working normally.

Update July 24, 05:30 GMT - We have started the maintenance of our node as per schedule.

On July 24th 2016 at 05:30AM GMT, we will be upgrading the infrastructure to improve CRM performance. We anticipate this planned maintenance will take between 2 and 4 hours to perform.

This upgrade will enhance the performance and capacity of the servers. During this maintenance window, Vtiger CRM service will not be accessible and all background operations scheduled during this time frame will be paused. All operations related to the service will resume immediately after the maintenance window ends.

This upgrade is only meant for one of the Singapore server.

Maintenance - Software update 7.16.7.1



This update includes features, usability and feature enhancements and issues fixes.
Key areas

  • Sales teams can track key metrics and sell smarter analyzing Sales Insights reports and data.
  • Admin can now control the access level of Print templates via Profile and Sharing Rules settings.
  • Access key used in API can be reset by the Admin.
  • Ready to use picklist values to manage lifecycle of a Contact or a Org from Lead to Customer.
  • Default packing slip template available for Invoices and Sales Orders.
  • Admins can edit a private report created by a end user.
  • Option to use comment added in portal as a trigger in workflows.
  • Updates carried out by the Scheduled Workflows now appear under the Recent Updates section.
  • Admin can choose to change Base Currency of the instance.
  • Cases module is enabled in Vtiger for Gmail firefox addon.
  • Records updated during import merge added to Recent Updates.
New Features : Sales Insights
Sales Insights in Vtiger help Sales leaders to manage their team's performance, sell smarter and close more deals. Key performance metrics are categorized into three broad categories - Sales activity, Sales pipeline and Sales results.
  • Activity Insights: Activity insights help track the activity efficiency of a sales team in converting a sales qualified lead to a closed deal.
  • Pipeline Insights: Know what your pipeline is and which deals are falling through the funnel. Get insight on the revenue you are likely to hit in this quarter.
  • Sales results: Compare your actuals with your pipeline and analyze the win rates of sales team members.
