• Duplicate check feature supports check on any of the fields configured.(OR logic)
• Next Billing Date of Subscription module is updated automatically when the Start Date is changed via Quick Edit.
• Users can view the when the Credit Card details was added or updated in the Billing module.
• During Lead Conversion, if Contact already exists with same field values you can either link the Lead or create a new Contact record.
• “View in browser link” is now supported by direct email sent from Contacts/Leads/Organization

Identified : This issue was identified and our Engineering and Operations Team is working on the resolution. New mails are routed through backup mail service.

Investigating : Currently you might experience some delays on mails sent via default outgoing mail server in SG Region.

Resolved - Maintenance completed as expected, everything is functional.
Update - Vtiger.com site will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance from Dec 20th 2016 7:15 GMT to Dec 20th 2016 8:15 GMT during this time the login to CRM will be working normally, except sign-up's might be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
